An Engineer by qualification, Pranav Gaidhani brings a very unique flavor to the team. Having imbibed most of his skills from his Father Uday Gaidhani, he is now an expert in Nashik real estate - as a professional real estate consultant and a real estate developer. He has been instrumental in closing various residential, commercial, land, villas, under construction property deals across the length and breadth of North Goa including in locations like Porvorim, Panjim, Miramar, Dona Paula, Panjim, Mhapusa, Calangute, Arpora, Baga, Candolim. He has also worked with corporates like Idea cellular, Dempo, Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, Spanco Telecom, etc. A dedicated team player, Sai is a vital cog in the Realspace Asssets wheel.
An MBA in Marketing from Alliance University Bangalore, Tejas also has a 2 year hands on experience in Real Estate Residential Sales across affordable, luxury and premium segments. His stint with a leading Real Estate Developer in Bangalore has helped him hone his client-centric skills with a focus on relationship building, maintaining professionalism & transparency while handling various aspects of real estate transactions. He also understands the importance of paying heed to a client's requirements & maintaining a decent turn around time for queries on post sales.
